During the Ramadhan festive, we were at Jusco doing our monthly grocery shopping. Le-Ann saw the Pineapple Tarts selling over at the booth and kept pestering Daddy to buy for her. I saw the pineapple tarts selling at RM25 per box for only I think less than 50 pieces. Furthermore, the whole box presentation doesn’t tempt me to buy it. I told Le-Ann that I will bake it for her over the weekend. Dearie Suki bought a whole pineapple from Jusco at only RM1.30 and it is quite big though.

Cook the pineapple jam on Friday night itself and bake the Pineapple Tarts on Saturday afternoon. I still prefer the tarts as shown above compared to the rolls one. Both my kids love the tarts so much but one thing that makes me angry is, they only eat the pineapple jam on top and throw the biscuits away. Haizzz… so eye sore when I see that.
