Durian Cream Puffs

Cream puffs… this is the first time I am doing it. At first I thought it will not be an easy one to do but it is actually quite easy. I used to buy the Japanese Cream Puffs sold at Mid Valley. Oohhh.. I can’t remember the name of the shop. What I know is that the shop is just right next to the concourse area and it is quite pricey for that piece of cream puffs sold there. I make some by myself few weeks ago and I used the recipe posted by Gert. ( click here )

I am not a dessert person buy my kids and Dearie Suki, yes!  They love cakes and cookies. They absolutely love dessert and they have sweet tooth. For the cream puffs filling, I am surprising them with the durian fillings. Mixed the whipping cream with pureed durian flesh and then piped it into the cream puffs. Then chilled it in the fridge. Dearie Suki was telling me the first bite of the cream puffs is like you are having a durian ice-cream. Hahaha… glad to know that they love it. Looking forward to make more cream puffs next weekend.
