wah you made this ah.. eh wait for the kuih to cool down completely then cut. if not it will be abit sticky to cut one.

I do add butter essence in my butter cake to enhance the smell and taste but I wonder too, if there is another way to it.

I’ve also found that the less salted the butter is, the better the cake smells. Perhaps only pure butter can help…

It’s my mum’s birthday next month, still thinking of what cake to bake for her, she says a simple and without cream one, cos she doesn’t like the cream, huh?? scratch my head, no cream the cake why got nice??
