Phatboy Joe’s friend ordered this a box of cupcakes from me and passing me the message that its for her uncle birthday. Since I am free on Saturday, I agreed to do it for her. That night itself I am supposed to stay at home decorating the cuppies but then we went out for supper at McDonalds again and only reached home at about 11.30 pm. Oh gosh… I was telling Dearie Suki I got to burn the midnight oil again to decorate the cupcakes.  

When come to decorating cupcakes, I think I am quite bad at it. My mind is without any idea on what to design on the cupcakes. Dearie Suki  start to crunch his head and he came out with the idea of doing a set of necktie on it. There he goes, he was the one doing the piping and I am his assistant busy with washing, cleaning and putting the final touch to it. Hahaha… I think I only like to bake.

I asked Phatboy Joe what is the comment from his friend and he told me it is just suitable and nice for her uncle birthday. Guess what? She wacked 2 of the cuppies before she could give the whole box to her uncle. Glad to know that she love it.

My next order is to bake some cupcakes for both my children school Children’s Day this coming Friday in order to surprise the kids in school. But before I do that, I must check with their principal whether this is OK or not. Hehehe…
